The staff noted on the supplemental has a break in employment more than 90 days. Technical assistance provided CCF Handbook, 7.3.1, Child care personnel must be re-screened following a break in employment in the child care industry that exceeds 90 days. Child care personnel/individual with a break in service that exceeds 90 days are considered unscreened child care personnel/individuals until completion of re-screening. These child care personnel/individuals shall not have unsupervised contact with children in care. Please resubmit screening and email back.
