Licensing Specialist reviewed Current Fire Safety Inspection whicjh expired on 2/29/2025. Licensing Specialist provided technical assistance to the Director: the current Fire Safety Inspection is annual and must be completed and approved prior to expiration. An approved Fire Safety Inspection must be provided by the due date for the facility to be in compliance.
