- Licensing Specialist reviewed three Drivers who had their CPR/FA training expire on 10/16/2025. Licensing Specialist provided technical assistance to the Director: CPR/FA Certification must be current (valid for two years from date of completion) and not expired. Current CPR/FA certification must be obtained by the due date for the facility to be in compliance.
