- It was revealed that the teacher was notified by the child that another child had bit him - the teacher did look for any injuries or bruising and states she saw none. She did not communicate with the parent that the child reported that this incident happened. An incident report was written the following school day, after the mother contacted the school with her concern of not being informed of the incident and that her child had a visible bite mark on his arm. The report was signed by staff and the parent
