Inspector notes
This Licensing Specialist observed both the infants and ones room out of ratios. There was 1 staff to 7 infants and 1 staff to 7 ones. Technical assistant was given to the Operation Manager and staff that at all times the infants and ones ratio must be maintained. This Licensing Specialist waited until other staffs came in and balanced out the ratio.
