Licensing Specialist observed (video) a child care personnel put her hand's on a child and then acted inappropriately which did not comply with the facility's written disciplinary and expulsion policies. Provider came back in compliance for this standard at time of inspection. T/A Given in regards to all staff should be following the discipline policy which means no touching a child inappropriately at any given time or situation.
