- The counselor observed the storage to be open allowing access to cleaning products. The counselor provided technical assistance to the director on making sure to keep that door locked at all times. The director stated that the maintenance man was working in the facility over the weekend and for got to lock it back. She stated that she will make sure that door is locked from now on to keep the children safe from harmful items.
