During the facilitys licensure year, fire drills utilizing the approved alarm system were not conducted monthly at various dates and times when children were in care [in April and May]. CCF Handbook, Section 3.8.4, A

Observed the fire drill log last documentation of a fire drill was done on 3/21/2024 with no drills for the months of April and May. The preschool was closed during June/July and mid-August for Summer. Technical assistance was provided to document each fire drill every month after a fire drill is done. A fire drill was done with the Licensing Specialist at 10:58AM with 5 staff and 19 children. Time to clear was 2 minutes and 6 seconds. Fire extinguishers were serviced 1/2024. An emergency drill was done 11/16/2023 Shelter in place.
