Program failed to document the temperature of one of the meals (chicken nuggets) delivered today 2/24/26. Provider would need to submit daily a copy of the food acceptance log showing the temperature of the meals delivered on 2/25/26, 2/26/26 and 2/27/26. Technical assistance was provided regarding this standard.
