Complaint alleges that on 10/25/25 at 11:48am, personal vehicle was parked on the street and wind picked up the provider's "tent" from the playground. It was flipped over the fence, caught in the powerlines and did damage to complainant's car. Complainant states "tent" was not properly secured and program initially admitted and accepted responsibility as the "tent" is required per licensing requirements. Following the incident, "tent" was observed returned to the playground "broken and falling apart."
