FINDINGS: A complaint inspection was conducted on 9/18/2025 and a statement from the teacher (JA) and assistant teacher (MM)was received. Per the assistant teacher (MM), it was story time in the morning. The child would get picked up at 11:30AM. The incident happened teacher was reading a story. I was sitting on the rug with the children. She went under the easel. The easel began to fall so she held the easel with one hand and with the other hand she pulled the child back by the leg.
