Infants who arrive at the facility asleep in a car safety seat must be immediately removed from the seat by the parent or the child care personnel and placed on their backs in a safe sleep environment. - During re-visit inspection, an infant was observed napping in an infant swing, with a blanket over her face and with a propped bottle. Monitor asked the teacher to place the child in the crib/play yard. The child was moved to the play yard but woke up from sleeping. The teacher then rocked the child, child remained awake. The 2y/o class was in the playground and 13 children were observed with 1 staff member. The toddler class was in the classroom and 8 children were observed with 1 staff member.
