- Complainant alleges that On 08/07/24, RS was picked up from daycare by the mother, and RS had a bruise/scratch on his face. The mother asked the teacher what happened, and all the teacher stated was that RS had a fall. No one notified RS's parent's when the incident occurred. Later on, that day, RS was crying and in tears and would not let the parents touch his arm. The school was contacted again by the parents, and finally the teacher stated that RS had fallen from a 4-foot obstacle on the playground. The parents took RS to urgent care and the x-ray showed that Reagan had a fracture to his arm. Statements were received from the teacher(CR), front desk staff(AS) and director( ... [truncated]
