- 2.8 (B), Handbook: The child care facility operators, employees, and volunteers must comply with written disciplinary and expulsion policies. Child care personnel did not comply with the facility's written disciplinary policy.
- Inspector notes
- A complaint allegation was received on 3/11/2026 from corroborating agency alleging that there are concerns about a staff member aggressively moving multiple children into their class. Child, H.H. had red marks and a scratch from where the staff member forcibly picked H.H. by her left arm to take her to the diaper changing station. While being moved, H.H. fell, and two scratch marks were observed on her arm afterword. FINDINGS: A complaint investigation was conducted on 3//12/2026 and a statement from the owner was received.
