A complaint allegation was received alleging that on Wednesday, May 17th the director of the daycare called mother at 4 pm because son was barely moving his right arm. It is believed it happened due to an incident when the boy pushed a girl out of the way and Ms. KG pulled him by the arm aggressively and with a mad face. This event happened in the morning around 11:30 am and parent was not notified until 5 hours later. Child was taken to the doctor and diagnosed a right nursemaid elbow and had to make a maneuver to collocate the joint in the right place.
