V. responsible for the 3-year-old classroom was observed in the VPK classroom. Upon seeing me, the staff member walked from the VPK classroom to the 3-year-old classroom. When asked where she was at the time of my arrival and who was covering her classroom because she was observed in VPK, the staff member stated that another staff member. J.C. was in the room. When asked where he was now, she stated that he was in the bathroom. A few minutes later, the director M.M. appeared. I asked her where she was when I arrived and she said that she had been ...
