Spanking or any other form of physical punishment is prohibited. The child care facility operators, employees, and volunteers must comply with written disciplinary and expulsion policies. A complaint allegation was received on 12/1/2023 alleging that On November 7th, parent received a call from the Director at TLE Sunrise stating that the child has blood present in her urine while she was on the potty. When parent followed up the day after with her teachers, the teacher that saw the blood wasn't there to talk to the parent and they didn't take any pictures of any sort to show the parents.
