- 3.8.2(B), Handbook: Fire extinguishers with a minimum rating of 2A:10BC must be properly installed, serviced and maintained with current inspection tags at all times. The fire extinguishers throughout the facility were not properly maintained. (Section 2.1(A) Health and Safety, Page 3) License/Certificates [SR]

- The fire extinguisher tags were observed expired. The last service date indicated on the tag was in April 2025. The elementary school has a current comprehensive safety inspection conducted on 7/28/2025. There are deficiencies indicated on the report, some of which are fire safety related. None of the deficiencies noted are in the classrooms/areas being utilized by the afterschool program. Based on this information, the inspection is deemed to be approved.
