- A complaint allegation was received on 5/18/2023 alleging that on 5 /17/23 after parent picked up child, she unzipped the jack and saw blood stains on the shirt and laces on the seat pants. Parent noticed the child had a busted bottom lip inside of child's mouth. The parent was still in parking lot at provider parent wiped off blood herself went back in the school to ask about the scratches, parent says she was speaking with lady who does the registration she believes the director , the director calls the teacher to ask about the scratches the teacher says block was broken and it was not put on incident report.
