- Two classrooms side by side were observed with 11 three-year-old children and one staff member. One classroom has a capacity of 7 and the other classroom has a capacity of 5. The children were observed playing between the rooms and getting ready for nap. Children were also observed washing hands in the adjoining bathroom without direct supervision. Technical assistance was provide on past routine visits about supervision in these classrooms and providing additional staff.

The cameras will reflect the child being sat on by the teacher. A complaint inspection was conducted on 12/17/2024 and a statement from the teacher (G. Gutsu) was received. Video footage of date in question (12/12/2024) was reviewed. The child arrived at 11:15AM and left for the day at 5:31PM.
