During this inspection it was noted that one staff person who had begun working in the industry in September 2022 had not begun the 40- hr training within 90 days of employment. Technical assistance was given to owner about the difference between the pre-service training required by school readiness and the DCF 40 hour required training.

During the inspection it was noted that on yesterday 01/25/2023 the driver failed to sign the transportation log after transporting children from Atlantic West Elementary. It was was also noted that there was no signature from a second and different staff person on the transportation log after transporting children from Atlantic West Elementary. Two staff had signed the transportation log on that day after transporting children from Margate Elementary. During the inspection it was noted that the driver did not mark each child off the log who were transported from Renaissance Charter School Coral Springs as they departed the vehicle.
