Complaint alleges that on 1/16/2026, the neighbor was not authorized to pick up her children A.B. age 7 , M.B., age 9, X.B. age 5, but the school released the children to the unauthorized person. The unauthorized neighbor called her to say that she had picked up her children from the provider. This neighbor is not on the list of authorized people to pick up her children, and they should not have been released to this neighbor without first checking with the parent and getting her permission.
