The staff member for the 2s was observed walking out of the 1-year-old classroom and back to the 2s classroom. The 3s were being supervised on and off by the staff member responsible for the 4s classroom. She was observed standing in the hallway between the two classrooms but stepped into her classroom (the 4s) on several occasions, leaving the 3s classroom completely unsupervised. The issue was corrected when the 2-year-old staff member returned to her classroom and the 3-year-olds were moved to the 4s classroom.
