The teacher denied hitting the child. The teacher said she disciplines the children by talking to them firmly. - During the course of a complaint inspection, as I entered the play area to get a statement from one of the teachers for a complaint investigation the following out-of-ratio groups were observed; 2y/o and 3y/o 1:23 The director stated that the other teacher (M) was serving snacks. 3y/o 1:22, The 3y/o teacher CB stated that the other teacher was in the bathroom. The other teacher (TK) came out a few minutes later.
