During a routine 1 inspection, the provider self-reported that an incident had occurred on 8/31/23, where a 4 year old child left the facility on his own by waking up from naptime and leaving the classroom, climbing over the playground fence and walking away from the facility. A passerby noticed the child and called local law enforcement who brought back the child unharmed to the facility. The provider notified the parents of the incident. In addition the provider did not notify CCLE of the incident as there was no severe injury.
