- 4.2.7 and 4.2.7(D), Handbook: Upon successful completion of the 40-hour introductory training requirements, child care personnel must complete a minimum of 10 clock-hours or one CEU of in-service training annually during the states fiscal year beginning July 1 and ending June 30. Sec. 7-30(a)(1), Ordinance: All child care personnel permanently assigned to care for infants must complete four hours of annual in-service training specifically geared to infant care. FINDINGS: A complaint inspection was conducted on 8/7/2025. Upon arrival and prior to entering the facility, I observed a woman taking out the trash through the playground door. As I walked in, I saw the woman coming in and out of the 3y/o room. I walked through the facility and asked for IDs. When I arrived at the 3y/o room, the director for the sister school (DA) and the owner were standing in the doorway of the 3y/o room and the woman that was in that room was walking out of the room.
