General cleaning refers to cleaning necessary to maintain a sanitary environment but that does not pose a hazard to children, such as wiping the table after lunch, soaking toys in a tub on the countertop, or sweeping. This does not include cleaning with hazardous materials or any cleaning which poses a risk of slipping or falling. - At the time of inspection, licensing monitor observed cleaning agents being used while children are present -Mopping took place while children were on site. This practice presents the risk of slip and fall and, it was identified by the personnel as "Fabuloso." In addition, unlabeled spray bottles were observed in the 1yr old and 2yr old classrooms. Labels were added at time of inspection. • Provider is advised to prepare all bottles each morning and ensure proper dilution of bleach (1/4 cup of bleach to 1 gallon of water.) Solution should be prepared fresh daily, as it loses efficacy after 24-hours.
