Sec. 7-39(c), Ordinance: At least one permanent bathtub, shower, or deep sink shall be available for bathing children at all times. The facility did not have a tub or shower readily available for emergencies.
Inspector notes
During todays visit, a shower/tub/deep sink was not observed in the entire facility. Technical assistance was provided regarding this ordinance requirements. Unrelated to the statement above, a total of 6 toilets and 12 sinks were observed throughout the facility.
