- Upon arriving to the toddler classroom, two staff members were observed supervising ten (10) children. The instructors were asked about the children's age, and they stated that they all turned one. However, when the children's files from this classroom were revised, it was observed that one child was still an infant. The following staff to child ratios were observed during today's inspection: Infants 2: 8 Infants/Ones 2:10 (classroom out of ratio) Twos 1:11 Twos/Threes/Fours 1:15 A class 1(one) violation is being issued for noncompliance with ratio requirements.
