- Child, E.E. (11/06/2021) had a chunk of hair missing from the back left side of his head. When the child was asked who done this, the child was repeating himself. When a woman came from the kitchen, the child pointed and said that was who had pulled his hair. FINDINGS: A complaint inspection was conducted on 9/10/2025 and a statement from the assistant director and teacher was received. Video footage was also reviewed. Per the assistant director, she has no issues or concerns with the teacher in question. Per the teacher, she only watched the group for a little while that day.
