- During the inspection the infant class was observed returning from outdoor waterplay. Staff was observed changing the infants out of the wet outfits and it was observed that the diaper of the next to last child was changed. Staff was wearing gloves to change the infant but the gloves were not changed after the procedure was complete nor was handwashing observed.
