Licensing specialist observed cabinets under the sink in upstairs bathrooms had no locks and cleaning supplies stored there were accessible to children. T.A. All potentially harmful items, including cleaning supplies, flammable products, poisonous, toxic, and hazardous materials, must be labeled and used according to manufacturers recommendation. These items, as well as knives, sharp tools, and other potentially dangerous hazards, must be stored in a locked area or must be inaccessible and out of a childs reach at all times.
