- During the inspection, observed the food manager certification for staff personnel A.B. had expired 2/18/26. Technical assistance was provided that although the facility does not cater meals/prepare food, that because items like pizza were delivered for the children in care, at least one individual on staff needs a current Food Managers Certification when food is being prepared, or in this case served. Director is promptly working towards obtaining food manager certification in process.
