The person responsible for the daily operation of the child care facility had no documentation of a Director Credential.

At the time of the inspection, the facility's previous director retired. The facility does not currently have a credentialed director. However, the church overseeing the preschool has hired Ms. Kimberly Read to become the next director. She is actively pursuing the director credential. Facility is attending the CCAC meeting on July 9th. Technical assistance was given that the facility must work towards having a credentialed director. CHILDREN’S RECORDS
