As per Licensed permit approved Capacity is161 Children, that is to say that 6 working Water fountains are needed to be in compliance. 1 Water Dispenser is located at kitchen area, 1 Water Dispenser located on the hallway is not working and 1 Water fountain located outdoors not working at time of inspection. As per DOH PALM BEACH COUNTY, RULES AND REGULATIONS, page #51, Article X: Physical Facilities #48: * Each child care facility shall have at least one (1) approved drinking fountain for each thirty (30) children. Technical Assistance provided. Due date to be in compliance 03/12/2026.
