There was/were 1 adult staff for 7 children aged 1- & 2-year-olds, on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, as recorded on the Daily Attendance Log observed. There were two children (E.F.) (L.T.) who were between 12-24 months of age commingled in the Angelfish Classroom with five children between 24-36 months of age. Article VIII.C.9.c.
