At the time of the inspection, a plastic bag was observed located in the children's toy basket area accessible to the children, that can potentially pose as a choking/suffocation hazard. The director immediately properly discarded the plastic bag. Technical assistance was provided that plastic bags and supplies should be properly stored in a location inaccessible to children. The plastic bag was removed immediately during inspection and resolved.
