The main entrance had an audible alert mechanism; however, it was not functioning at the time of the inspection. Corrective action: At 12:51 PM, after I left the facility, the provider emailed me a video recording showing the alarm was operable when the door opened. Note: Observed doors from VPK and toddler's rooms that exited to unfenced areas had operable audible alert mechanisms.

Technical support was given to label all bottles. This standard was resolved as the bottle was labeled by the facility's director.
