Observed the bleach solution in the toddler used for sanitizing was more than 200 ppm when tested with a chlorine test strip. The staff discarded the solution and prepared a new one that met the sanitization standards. Technical support was provided regarding that the solution adhered to the standards next time they prepare the solution.
