At the time of the inspection, video footage was reviewed observing a child was left in the classroom without direct supervision. The other children and staff had gone to the outdoor play area. Once the group made it to the out door play area, a head count was conducted and staff realized that a child was missing. One of the staff members returned to the classroom to get the child and return back to the group. Although; no direct supervision was given to the child left in the classroom; the child was not in a situation that resulted in the death ,serious harm, safety or welling being.
