Child care staff failed to provide direct supervision of children in the [3 year-old] group as evidenced by [children were figthing in the bathroom].
Correction / follow-up note
Based on the lead teacher statement and the RBT representative, teacher Rodgerick was not responded appropriately to the situation. Teacher Rodgerick assisted the two boys fighting in the bathroom and did not intervene. Corrected onsite: As the RBT representative intervened and stopped the fight. Article VIII.C.1: Childcare personnel must provide children with supervision and care in accordance with the childrens age and required needs and be accountable for the children at all times.
