At the time of the inspection, observed peeling/chipping paint on the wall of the 3 year-olds classroom and 3 and 4 year olds classroom. Observed the peeling paint by the toy kitchen set, and by the cots, respectively. Technical assistance was provided that walls must be maintained in good repair without peeling paint. Article X.29 of Rules and Regulations: "Walls and ceilings of all rooms shall be kept clean and in good repair."
