- Upstairs classroom- Mats were stacked outside the classroom. There was 2 mats stacked that did not have the sheets removed. Staff removed the sheets from the mats and sanitized the mats. Bedding and linens, when not in use, must be stored in a sanitary manner which prevents the spread of germs or lice from other linens. All bedding and linens must be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized at least once a week, and before use by another child. Bedding and linens shall not be stored in the bathroom, unless stored in cabinets.
