All classrooms inspected had dirty carpets from general use, pictures were taken. While on site the childcare personnel submitted a maintenance request for carpet cleaning and a copy of the request was given to the licensing counselor. Childcare personnel will notify licensing counselor when the carpet cleaning is completed and submit pictures to licensing counselor for reinspection.
