- After reviewing the video footage, it was observed that a child went to the bathroom prior to transitioning the children to the next class. The footage was showing that the child went to the restroom without telling the teacher. The teacher then closed the restroom door and took the rest of the children to another class. The child was left alone for about 13 minuets in the class and later was found by the staff that was reviewing the cameras. The staff brought the child in the other class with her classmates.
