Inspector notes: During the inspection, Licensing observed that in the main open classroom that is separated by half walls, that a child (4-year-old) was in one of the rooms, while all of the other children and staff were sitting by the TV watching an educational program with the other 10 children. During the inspection, Licensing reminded all of the childcare personnel and the Director that the children must be in direct supervision at all times and that staff must be in the same classroom because one child was observed to be in one of the classrooms without staff being in the classroom.
