- Inspector notes
- During the time of inspection, the Operator advised the Licensing Specialist that there 10 employees. During the time of the inspection, the Licensing Specialist monitored 10 of the 10 employee records. When the Licensing Specialist was reviewing the files the licensing specialist observed one personnel did not finish her 40-hour training. The director was given until January 5, 2025, to come into compliance with this standard.
