During the time of inspection, Licensing Specialist observed several expired tubes of diaper cream in the infant and one year old classrooms. The Director collected all of the expired diaper cream and discarded them into the garbage. This standard was brought back into compliance during the time of inspection. During the time of inspection, Licensing Specialist observed several ceiling tiles needing replaced that had holes and cracks and water damage in all of the classrooms. The paint on the walls were peeling or chipped in all of the classrooms. The lights were flickering and need replaced in the three-year-old and VPK classrooms. There was a hole in the window seal of the first window as well as damage to the wall under the window in the three-year-old classroom.
