Inspector notes
Licensing Specialist observed that 2 of wooden Steppingstone that are shaped like mushrooms were loose and rocking from side to side. TA was Provided: Licensing Specialist discussed requirement with the provider. Provider ordered new pieces, cut the poles holding the wooden steppingstones and hammered the top part into the ground, Licensing Specialist reinspected the wooden Steppingstones, they were now sturdy, thus returning this standard into compliance at the time of this inspection. CCF Handbook, Section 3.5 Outdoor Play Area A. The outdoor play area must be clean and free from litter, nails, glass and other hazards.

Licensing Specialist observed that the Background screening result for the employee that started working on 5/26/2025 with an industry start date 5/26/2025 was showing an agency review required for the DCF Childcare Requirement. Employee result was showing Eligibility to DCF general only, employee was employed during the time of this inspection. TA was provided: Licensing Specialist discussed requirement with the provider.
