During the time of the inspection, the Licensing Specialist monitored the childrens classrooms and observed that classrooms furniture were dusty, air vents/AC units were dusty, In the Four Years Old classroom #1, it was observed in the bathroom a ceiling tile broken with stain and moldy. In the Two Years Old classroom # 1 the diaper changing table was dirty under the changing pad. In the Two Years Old classroom # 2 and in the Four Years Old classroom #2 toilet seats base were observed to be dirty/stain and trash can dusty. During the of the inspection, the Licensing Specialist observed that (1) childcare personnel did not begun introductory training within 90 days of hired. Childcare personnel begun training 8 months later, therefore this standard was completed at the time of the inspection. According to the CCF Handbook, Section 4.1 Beginning Training Childcare personnel including volunteers who work 10 hours or more per month must begin training within 90 days of employment in the child care industry and successfully complete Departments training within 12 months from the date training begins.
